Christian Family Theatre Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide a safe place for young people to grow in their gifts while enjoying a theatrical experience. We teach our students the skills needed for a theatrical production in a Christian atmosphere with the goal of glorifying the Lord through excellence. We also offer a rich source of wholesome entertainment for the family and the community.

Theater is a powerful outlet in the hands of our God. As creator, He has placed in each actor the ability to honor Him on the stage, while having fun at the same time.

Christian Family Theatre is unique in that everyone who signs up is assured a part. Auditions are held to help the staff cast the actors in the best roles for their ability. We are dedicated to building teamwork, friendships, and continued spiritual growth. Because of this, Christian Family Theatre performs only two to four productions during our regular season (September - May).

Through the years, we have witnessed the spiritual growth of many young
people. They can be seen backstage encouraging one another, praying in the wings, ministering through His power - the very message of the gospel.

Our prayer is that the theater skills, musical ability, and spiritual walk of each actor will be increased as we bond together throughout the year.
