Theater is such a powerful outlet in the hands of our God. As creator, He has placed in each actor the ability to honor Him on the stage, while having fun at the same time. Our prayer is that the theater skills, musical ability, and spiritual walk of each actor will be increased as we bond together this year. We appreciate your prayers for our leadership team as we desire to empower the next generation so they can become a positive influence in this world. We are blessed to be a part of all this fun!

April 17-19, 2008

"Congratulations! Today is your day.
You're off to Great Places! You're off and away!"

These lines from Dr. Seuss's Oh, the Places You'll Go, represent this production from start to finish! We have had so much fun bringing this show to stage. This production has taken us to "new places" as we have designed choreography, lighting, music, costumes, trees, etc…etc….etc… what a "fun place" the Jungle of Nool can be!

Any production takes a "team" and this has surely been a mix of many different people wearing many different "hats" along the way. Each one has played a vital role, and I am very grateful and thankful to have had so many wonderful people, friends, and "characters" surround me for this production. Their love, support, and acts of service have been greatly appreciated.

It has been an honor and privilege to work with a fabulous cast! Each role seemed custom made for each actor. Without the actors, there is no show. The Lord has blessed CFT this season with many talented actors and supportive families. Thank you, parents, for "giving up" your lives and kids during "crunch." We have laughed a lot along the way, and that has been one of the best gifts of all.

Philippians 4:13 says, "I can do all things though Him who strengthens me." At the very core of everything we are and everything we do, nothing is impossible when we trust in Jesus. Most of all, I am thankful for the Lord's gracious and steady hand throughout all we have accomplished this season through His strength, because "a person's a person, no matter how small……"

"And will you succeed? Yes! You will, indeed!
(98 and ¾ percent guaranteed.)*
